Project Kick-off Meeting
This 2 day inaugural gathering of the partner consortium was hosted by the Bayimba Cultural Foundation at the Goethe-Intitut in Kampala in Uganda in April 2017.
The legally appointed representatives from each partner country met to finalize methodologies, timetables and content of the project activities, as well as determine the targets and roles of each partner with regard to delivery, reporting, logistics and dissemination. The meeting culminated in the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the partners.
