Module Description:
This Module has a duration of 2 semesters and consists of two courses, Music Business including copyright/contract law and tax law and Career Planning/Marketing including all aspects of the music industry. The contact teaching time for each course is 90 minutes per week and the courses are evaluated through course work and a project presentation.

Learning Outcome:
The Students will understand the structures within the music industry including copyright, legal framework, organizational structures, taxation and their interfaces, they will understand how to manage themselves, plan, create and develop their profile as an artist and how to promote their work alone or with and agent using print and electronic media.
